LASER PRINTING DESIGN

Our water-saving laser printing system houses the beam delivery system, work bed, and fume extraction system. The laser's power and intensity are precisely controlled to apply designs onto the fabric. This requires expert methods and careful handiwork.

Azteca Dye & Laundry's design team have developed a tried-true technique that works produces a variety of denim design elements, and we’ll be happy to walk you through our process. All of our laser technicians undergo specialized training to produce high-quality whiskering, hand sanding, grinding, fading, cut holes, image printing, and more using laser technology.
